Currently, we do not accept returns due to our products being made-to-order. If you need to make a correction to your order, please contact customer service within 24 hours from when you submitted your order. While we typically send orders to production immediately, we will attempt to accommodate your requested changes if contacted within the specified timeframe.

If the wrong order was sent to you by our mistake, please let us know as soon as possible so we can send you the correct item. In the case of our error, there is no need to return the item. You can keep it!

Refunds (if applicable)

Maibirthday issues refunds as store credits only.

Store credits can be used for any other item(s) from our store. You will receive store credits in exchange for any damaged item or missing parts upon delivery.

If we make a mistake and you decline our offer to send the correct item, you will also receive store credits, equivalent to half the amount you paid.


Please place your orders carefully. You must contact as quickly as possible should you wish to cancel your order. Our support staff will attempt to intercept the order before it enters production; however, once the order has begun production, it cannot be canceled.


We strive to ship your order within 4-7 business days from when your order was placed. The shipping fee will be included in your order confirmation. Please note, the shipping fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the cost of refunded store credits if applicable.

Maibirthday ships to any location worldwide with a valid address. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier, and a tracking number is issued for the package. Our staff will do everything possible to resolve any issues and ensure total customer satisfaction.

I got the wrong shirt. How can I get my correct order?

Please contact us at We may ask you to provide a picture for verification. If it’s our mistake, we’ll send your correct order immediately, and there’s no need to return the wrong product.

I ordered the correct size, but it’s a bit small/large. Can I return it for a different size?

I entered the wrong address information. Can I still correct it?

Corrections to your order can be attempted within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, we may not be able to make changes.
