7.2 Rights and Responsibilities of the Customer:

  • Have the right to complain about product quality.
  • Have the right to request a refund with conditions that additional proof of the encountered issue is provided.

7.3 In the event a customer cancels an order but has already made a payment, the customer cannot request a refund.

8.1 Any information provided by the customer is confidential. We are only allowed to use this information for shipping purposes. Without prior written consent and approval from the customer, we are not permitted to copy or disclose any information related to the Contract to any third party.

8.2 Confidentiality obligations shall still apply even after the order has expired, been terminated, or canceled.
