1.5 “Shipping Fee” is the amount paid by the customer, depending on the geographical location of the delivery.
1.6 “Force Majeure Event” refers to an objective event that cannot be anticipated and is insurmountable despite all necessary and possible measures being taken. Examples include inability to purchase goods, delayed delivery, or product damage due to external factors not attributable to Maibirthday.
Article 2: Quality and Standards of the Service/Product
2.1 Maibirthday is responsible to the customer for the quality of the Service/Product provided. Additionally, customers must adhere to the standards regarding order accuracy, prompt payment, and other actions as legally required, if applicable.
Article 3: Labeling and Packaging
3.1 We ensure that the Services/Products are labeled in accordance with regulations and meet customer requirements.
Article 4: Delivery and Inspection of the Provided Service/Product
4.1 The provision of the Service/Product must be confirmed with a signature or invoice by the Parties and/or the customer where the Service/Product is provided.
Article 5: Payment
5.1 Customers will make payments to the Supplier either before or after receiving the goods in US dollar by transfer methods provided by the Supplier.
Article 6: Maintenance and Warranty of the Service/Product
We do not offer a return policy. If there are any complaints, please contact us immediately for resolution.
Article 7: Rights and Responsibilities of the Parties
7.1 Rights and Responsibilities of Maibirthday:
- Confirm orders, verify information, complete and distribute products to customers.
- Provide timely instructions to ensure the uninterrupted provision of the Service/Product.
7.2 Rights and Responsibilities of the Customer:
- Have the right to complain about product quality.
- Have the right to request a refund with conditions that additional proof of the encountered issue is provided.
- Have the right to complain about other issues.
7.3 In the event a customer cancels an order but has already made a payment, the customer cannot request a refund.
Article 8: Confidentiality
8.1 Any information provided by the customer is confidential. We are only allowed to use this information for shipping purposes. Without prior written consent and approval from the customer, we are not permitted to copy or disclose any information related to the Contract to any third party.
8.2 Confidentiality obligations shall still apply even after the order has expired, been terminated, or canceled.
Article 9: General Provisions
9.1 Orders will be subject to adjustment and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the residing country.
